Stabling
Livery Stables
  • All our stables are a minimum of 12ft by 12ft and are all hard wood and ensure good quality.
  • The stables are American Barn style which allows all the horses to see each other through the bars.
  • The main barn contains 24 stables all under the main barn roof and we have a further 8 stables outside of the barn which may suit those who prefer a slightly quieter environment for their horse.
Grazing
Livery Grazing
  • All the fencing is post and rail fencing. We believe this is extremely important in order to ensure as safer grazing environment as possible.
  • The paddocks are all routinely maintained throughout the year with regular harrowing and rolling and fertiliser applications when necessary.
  • All clients are pressed upon the importance of regular poo-picking to ensure the high quality of the grazing.
  • Mares and Geldings are separated, and group sizes vary from 2 up to 8. This all depends on temperament, weight and other influencing factors.
  • All horses when arriving are wormed.
Outdoor School
Outdoor School
  • International size at 65m by 25m.
  • Sand and rubber mix
  • Floodlit
  • Post and rail fenced all the way round
  • Dressage markers fixed to the fencing
Indoor School
Indoor School
  • 25m by 20m in size
  • Equi Sand surface
  • Floodlit

Livery off road riding
  • 350 acres of private land available for riding from April until October

  • A number of cross country fences still present on the land from old event course.
  • Plans are in place to build a new course in the near future for schooling and competitions at Church Brook Farm.
Show Jumps
  • A large number of show jumps are available all year for use in the Outdoor and Indoor Schools.
  • We also have a full set of show-jumps for shows during the spring and summer months, including gates, fillers, walls and more.
Shows and Competitions on site
Dressage Competition
  • From April 2007 until October 2007 we will be running an Unaffiliated Dressage Competition once a month with Championships in October.
  • The arena will be situated in the Outdoor School and warm up will be in the indoor school and on grass. Whichever the competitor prefers.
  • There is plenty of parking either in the hardcore car-park or in the field allocated.
  • We will also be running regular show-jumping shows over the summer starting from May.
  • All the dates are available on our website and a full list is available in the Events and Shows Calendar page with schedules for download.
Tack Room
  • There is a secure tack room on the yard which is coded and alarmed and will meet all the necessary standards for insurance purposes.
