| Stabling |
 |
- All our stables are a minimum of 12ft by 12ft and are all hard wood and ensure good quality.
- The stables are American Barn style which allows all the horses to see each other through the bars.
- The main barn contains 24 stables all under the main barn roof and we have a further 8 stables outside of the barn which may suit those who prefer a slightly quieter environment for their horse.

| Grazing |
 |
- All the fencing is post and rail fencing. We believe this is extremely important in order to ensure as safer grazing environment as possible.
- The paddocks are all routinely maintained throughout the year with regular harrowing and rolling and fertiliser applications when necessary.
- All clients are pressed upon the importance of regular poo-picking to ensure the high quality of the grazing.
- Mares and Geldings are separated, and group sizes vary from 2 up to 8. This all depends on temperament, weight and other influencing factors.
- All horses when arriving are wormed.
